pit containing the pump and sensor. Any excessive water the pit
cannot absorb, fills the pit and triggers the sensor to turn
on the pump, taking it away from the perimeter footing of the
building preventing excessive amounts of water to collect. Once
the water is brought to the surface, by via the dispersion outlet,
it can be delt with in various ways including being rerouted
into the city drainage system.
