About Trusty Warns

Founded in 1948, Trusty Warns is family owned and operated by the Niedermeyer's. Our original founder Karl Niedermeyer continues to invent and improve our systems. Karl provides a life long commitment to designing and manufacturing the best battery backup pump systems and accessories that only comes with over a half century of real working experience.

Our number one priority has always been flood protection, not the bottom line. We will not cut corners or use cheaper materials to try to save a buck. Simply put "we stick with what works." your basement and our reputation depend on it.

Our Staff:
Trusty Warns staff members have been the glue that has held us together throughout the years. There commitment to customer satisfaction and getting the job done right the first time, has played a significant role in our success. Almost all of our current employees have been with us for more than 5 years, and we are proud of that.

Frequently our service technicians receive thank you letters from satisfied customers. Many of our customers will request the same service technician, we believe that this says a lot about they're belief in our company and our products.
